Check your status as a Member of the International Laser Display Association

Membership status check

ILDA has a number of databases with Member information. You can check one or all, to be sure we have the most up-to-date information for your company.

If you have any problems or questions with updating your information, contact ILDA so we can straighten things out.

Member Management database

This is an automated list of members. It is the "master list". If you want to check or update your Membership, start here.

Searching for your Membership: Use the "Search for ILDA Members" page, to try and find your membership. If you can't find a record, try the "Search for people" page -- use your name, or the name of your company's ILDA contact. If you cannot find your record, this most likely means you are not listed as a Member.
Updating your Membership: If you do find your record, and want to update it (change address, phone, contact person etc.), go to the Update page for detailed instructions.
IMPORTANT: This only updates the automated record. Please contact ILDA via email, and let us know so we can update the hand-generated listings as well.

Note that the automated list may include last year's Members, that have not yet renewed for this year. Therefore, the next check is to see if you are on the Renewal list.

Renewal list

The fastest way to find if you are currently a Member, is to check the Renewal list for the current year. This is a hand-generated list of all current Memberships. At the bottom are pending Memberships (waiting on payments, etc.). Since the Renewal list is hand-generated, it may take a few days for new Members to appear on this list.

Online directories

ILDA has two hand-generated online directories. These include current Members, plus any expired Members that we have not yet removed from the directories.

Because these two directories are hand-generated, the information in them may not match the automated Member Management database (the "master list"). Check your listing in these two directories, and make sure it matches what is in the Member Management database. If it does not, contact ILDA and let us know what to change.

Each year, as we receive ILDA Award entries, these are logged into the ILDA Award entry page for that year. (The page for 2010 is here.) So if you have entered the Awards, you can check this page to see if your entry has been received.

ILDA Award winners

We have a detailed list of winners -- one page for each year. The page for 2009 is here. We also have an "all-time" list of all winners since the ILDA Awards began.

Conference attendees

Each year, as our annual Conference approaches, we make a page showing who is attending. We do not yet have a page for 2010. The page for the 2009 conference is here.
