Update -- Status of ILDA activities at LDI 2007

This page is for all ILDA Members, and especially those attending and participating in the LDI trade show, November 16-18 2007 in Orlando. The information below has been updated as of Sunday November 18, 2007. Items which have been crossed out are past their deadlines and are no longer available.

ALL ILDA Members

All ILDA Members have opportunities to participate in the LDI 2007 show:

1. FREE: If you have ever won an ILDA Award, send the ILDA Award-winning show to us and it will be played (with credit to your company) at the ILDA Laser Theater. This is completely free. Click here to find out how to submit ILDA Award-winning entries.

2. We can also play non-award winning shows in the ILDA Laser Theater. There is a cost for the Sponsored Presentations; click here for more details.

3. We can distribute your brochures and other printed material, for a cost of just $1.00 per piece. Considering this is a targeted show -- the material is distributed only to those directly interested in lasers -- the price is a bargain. Click here for more information, and note the deadline -- it must arrive at ILDA's address no later than November 13 2007.

4. All ILDA Members may be interested in viewing the 20-page publication "A Complete Guide to Laser Shows for Event Planners" (PDF format, 1.5MB). This magazine is being handed out at the LDI show, and may have additional distribution afterwards.
    

ILDA Members who are attending LDI

If you're an ILDA Member who is attending the LDI show in Orlando, you are invited to a special ILDA meeting/reception. The time is 4 pm on Friday, Nov. 16 at the ILDA Laser Theater.

You are also welcome to attend the ILDA Seminars, which are open to all LDI attendees.
 

Exhibitor participation opportunities

If you are exhibiting at ILDA, you can buy drink coupons for your customers. This is a great "thank you" to booth visitors, and an incentive to have them visit the ILDA Laser Theater, to see the latest in laser displays and technology.
 

Seminar speakers -- prepare your presentations

Please see the "Seminars at LDI" page for a list of people who have signed up to present. The approximate time for each presentation is shown on the seminar participation page. You should be preparing your presentation on the seminar topic. If you need assistance, contact Patrick Murphy at ILDA.
 

Sponsor status

Sponsors and producers should be submitting materials as soon as possible to ILDA. As a reminder, here is the status as of Sunday November 18, 2007. Note the dates and color coding -- the red and orange items are the most urgent!
