We can also play non-award winning shows in the ILDA Laser Theater. There is a cost for the Sponsored Presentations;click here for more details. -
We can distribute your brochures and other printed material, for a cost of just $1.00 per piece. Considering this is a targeted show -- the material is distributed only to those directly interested in lasers -- the price is a bargain.Click here for more information, and note the deadline -- it must arrive at ILDA's address no later than November 13 2007. -
All ILDA Members may be interested in viewing the 20-page publication "A Complete Guide to Laser Shows for Event Planners" (PDF format, 1.5MB). This magazine is being handed out at the LDI show, and may have additional distribution afterwards.
ILDA Members who are attending LDI
If you're an ILDA Member who is attending the LDI
show in Orlando, you are invited to a special ILDA meeting/reception.
The time is 4 pm on Friday, Nov. 16 at the ILDA Laser Theater.
You are also welcome to attend the ILDA Seminars,
which are open to all LDI attendees.
Exhibitor participation opportunities
If you are exhibiting at
ILDA, you can
buy drink coupons for your customers.
This is a great "thank you" to booth
visitors, and an incentive to have them visit the ILDA Laser Theater, to
see the latest in laser displays and technology.
Seminar speakers -- prepare your presentations
Please see the
"Seminars at LDI" page for a list
of people who have signed up to present. The approximate time for each
presentation is shown on the seminar participation page. You should be
preparing your presentation on the seminar topic. If you need
assistance, contact Patrick Murphy at ILDA.
Sponsors and producers should be submitting materials as soon as possible to ILDA. As a reminder, here is the status as of Friday August 14, 2009. Note the dates and color coding -- the red and orange items are the most urgent!
