Submit ILDA Award-winning
entries, to be played at LDI 2007
This is a GREAT opportunity to have your ILDA Award-winning work displayed for potential clients and customers! It is completely free to anyone -- ILDA Member or not -- who has won an ILDA Award in the past.
If your work has won an ILDA Award, and you can furnish ILDA with a copy in laser-projectable format, here is the procedure:
- Write to
Patrick Murphy at ILDA to let us know what you are sending.
Include the following information:
-- Name of the company or individual who won
-- Name of the work that won
-- Year of winning, category, and placement (example: 2001 Awards, ISP Graphics, 3rd place).
- SUBMIT BY MAIL: Mail the material to
ILDA's address. Include a copy of the
music. This can be a CD with the music on it, or a CD-R with the music
as an MP3 file. Be sure everything is clearly marked with the above
information.
SUBMIT BY EMAIL OR WEB LINK: If your format can be sent by email (computer files and MP3 music), you can email it or (for large files) email a link where the files can be downloaded from a website.
- The material should be received by Tues, Nov. 6 if at all possible. We may be able to fit in later submissions, up to Nov. 13, but please get yours in earlier if possible. THE EARLIER IT ARRIVES, THE BETTER!
We can accept material in any laser-playable format. However, we have easy access only to certain equipment, such as ADAT tape decks and ILDA and Pangolin computer software formats. Because of the late date, we cannot guarantee that material in other formats will be able to be converted or re-encoded for playback.
For technical and artistic reasons, we cannot guarantee to play any given Award winner. However, you are strongly encouraged to “dig in the archives” and send us what you have. If you don’t send it in, it won’t get seen! Also, we may play your work at future events such as ILDA’s trade show booth, etc. All material sent in will stay in ILDA’s archives for private official ILDA use only.

If you can’t remember exactly what year you won, or what the winning work was, check the following lists of ILDA Award winners:

Detailed list of winners for each year: At the ILDA home page, scroll down to “The ILDA Awards” menu on the left side. Select “Past Winners", then "Winners by year” and finally select the desired year:
