Hello, Just wanting to send a Thank You note to all those responsible for making the ILDA Laser Theatre such a success at LDI 2007 in Orlando.

In particular, and not excluding many people who did such an outstanding job, Christine Jenkin of Laser Production Network, and Patrick Murphy, a dedicated ILDA Executive Director.

Thank You so much for the professional manner in which laser entertainment was presented to the general population attending LDI in Orlando. Because of your commitment to higher standards in laser entertainment, a hearty Three Cheers!!!

"Amazing job"

I also agree with Walt on the amazing job that was carried out at LDI. I truly appreciate the time and effort as well as the dedication that was presented. It was great to see old friends and meet in person those you have never met but communicated with. Without naming each individual, your hard work was not in vein. Kudos to all of you!

"Great industry marketing"

I would like to thank Patrick Murphy and all who contributed to this publication [A Complete Guide to Laser Shows for Event Producers, which was prepared as an LDI handout]. It looks great and has loads of useful information. I’ve been in this game since 1986 and this may be the best single thing I have seen ILDA do! I am happy to pay my dues when I see great industry marketing like this.

"Well done"

Well done on the Laser Theatre. It is much nicer to see lasers in a proper environment rather that on a tradeshow booth.

The only criticism I would have is that it could have probably been a little better signposted to attract a few more visitors. But other than that, it was a good thing. I also appreciate that a lot of work goes into these things by volunteers.

"What a joy"

What a joy it was to literally stumble into Laser Theatre. I returned on Sunday and watched again for about 45 min. some of the graphic shows again, but I caught about 5 scan shows too. One was amazing!! begining with classical music turning into rock and roll.

I learned from my time in the room. I learned the technology has evolved (of course), the colors seem more pure, the LASERs appear to be more intense.

Being able to sit in on the ILDA's group meeting [on Friday afternoon] was a real treat. I enjoyed the comraderie in the room, the relaxed nature of the group dynamic.

Peter was a wonderful host and Greg was an excellent operator. I have never met anyone before and I thought everyone was real personable. I enjoyed your facilitation of the meeting as well.

"My new favorite thing"

This was the coolest thing I've ever seen. Remember how seeing the "So You Think You Can Dance" live tour was my favorite thing? Now I have a new favorite thing!
