Dear ILDA Members,

Our company has all the facilities necessary to hold the conference on-site at our factory. Staff and Human resources for the show are plentiful

As a official lighting sponsor our company can invite the Olympic Organizing Committee and heads of large cities and provinces to attend.

We have “state of the art” show room facilities with ample equipment to include Professional sound, lighting, and lasers with plenty of seating.

Currently we own a LOBO system with Coherent 5-Watt with PCAOM and Lobo control system. We can also provide DPSS RGB 2-Watt laser systems for the lase-off. We can offer professional sound systems, sound engineers, lighting production, and production management, lighting, fog, and everything else we would need for a awesome lase-off and awards ceremony.
 

Our company has two 4-Star Hotels located on our factory with two restaurants serving Chinese and Western Food.

Tourism will not be a huge draw however there are two nearby cities, Guangzhou and Shenzhen for shopping and dining pleasures. Both are about 1.25 hours from our factory.

Getting to our factory is easy: Guests can take flights from all over the world to Hong Kong. From Hong Kong our port is a 2.25 hour ferry ride up the Pearl River. VISA’s are required for entry into China and can be obtained from any local consulate or within 24 hours of arrival into Hong Kong.

Ground transportation to and from the Port of Jiangmen can be provided by the company using our luxurious touring style bus for large groups or mini vans from our motor pool.
