Board
of Directors
ILDA is governed by a five-member Board
of Directors elected by the membership. Elections are held during the
Business Meeting, which is part of the annual ILDA Conference.
Each director serves
a term of two years and until his/her successor has been duly elected
and qualified. The President of the association is elected by
the membership from the ranks of the Board.
