ILDA Conference

Free events There
is no charge for ILDA Members to attend the
Business Meeting. This
meeting includes reports to the Membership, nomination and
election of Board members, plus voting on any motions
presented to the membership.
There is no charge for
traveling companions of ILDA registrants to attend the
first-night Welcome Cocktail
Reception. In other words, if you paid the $149
ILDA Conference registration fee, you may bring your
spouse, friends or others traveling with you.
There is no charge for anyone to
attend the Awards Presentation,
Lase-Off and Lido Deck laser party. These events are
open to everyone on the Carnival Imagination cruise.
You do not have to be an ILDA Member, or be traveling with ILDA,
in order to attend these events.

Conference
fee: $149 for Members, $298 for non-members
This is by far the most
affordable ILDA Conference ever. Registration with ILDA for the
Conference is just $149 for ILDA Members and their bona fide employees.
(If you are not an ILDA Member, the cost is $298.)
This gets you into
official, non-public Conference events such as the seminars, tabletop
tradeshow, and first-night Welcome
Cocktail
Reception. Also, each registrant will receive a welcome gift basket from ILDA; it will include
an official t-shirt, a laser pointer and other cool items.
Tabletop tradeshow exhibitors' fee: $99
ILDA Members can exhibit
their products or services during the Tabletop Tradeshow. The cost for
this is $99 per table. You are limited to what you can bring onboard in your
luggage, e.g., small lasers, brochures, and other items which can fit
onto a tabletop.

IMPORTANT: All equipment
will need to be sent ahead so it can be registered with Customs.
LaserNet will generously be handling the customs registration and
equipment-gathering process. Contact Christine Jenkin at

US-type power (110VAC/60
Hz) will be available if reserved in advance. Contact Christine to reserve your power.

You can have a pop-up or
folding display if it fits onto the tabletop. Due to limited space,
floor-standing displays cannot be permitted.

There is a limit of two
tables per company. Tables are available on a
first-come, first-served basis, so register early!
Your credit card information will be
sent to ILDA via a secure, encrypted method. Later, we will
process your credit card and send you a receipt via email.
The above information is sent to
ILDA via secure encrypted communications. We will decode the
information and process your payment. You will receive an official email confirmation after
your card has been charged (this may take two to three business
days). Please
