combined MAC 2000s and laser
projectors to "decorate"
this Detroit building.

When
it came time to celebrate Ford Motor
Company’s 100th anniversary at its Detroit
headquarters, the company’s architectural
firm turned to Lasertainment to create
a special “thank you” message. The architects,
Ghafari & Associations, “were looking
for something unique,” said Lasertainment
President Robert Teorey.
With
Ghafari’s building located across the
street from Ford’s headquarters, a laser
and lighting billboard projected onto
its building was an ideal solution.
Lasertainment used two 3-watt YAGs for
the laser graphics and 20 MAC 2000’s
to light up almost every square inch
of the building’s exterior. The lasers
and lights created a visual look
that is rarely seen, said Teorey.
