The
ILDA Awards opened with an unexpected pleasure: a beam show
from LDS Light Design. The piece had been scheduled to run the
night
before at the LaseOff, but served as an excellent way to open
the evening.
Titled "Response," the show took Third Place in the
Beams/Atmospheric
category.
The
LaseOff treated ILDA and guests from the general public to a
variety of shows, including many that featured audience scanning
effects. This three-scanner show was by LOBO electronic.

Police
emergency lights or alien UFOs? The blue and
pink lights are lasers; the white lights are from
computer monitors at the control desk.

This
